I am on a bad interweb connection but i will be posting more later but the last week has been great!  On Saturday I got to see The Breeders, The National, Modest Mouse, Fleet Foxes, Dave Bazan, Grand Archives, M.I.A,  and I am sure I am forgetting some. On Sunday we got to see Michael Franti, Tegan and Sara, Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, The Cure, Mates of State and I know I am forgetting some here too but it was a blast. I got to hang out with my 98 year old grandfather and discovered I am part scandinavian and thats why i have this photo of me under the flags! enjoy!

The tour Continues!

Hello there friend! Thank you for reading. This weekend I was in Boston for the Red Sox Vs. Brewers. We were going to go to a game on Friday and Saturday but Friday nights game got rained out so we had the special treat of a double header on Saturday! I had never been to a double header so I was very excited. 18 innings of baseball 14 innings of drinking. Its a tough feat. My friend chuck was in town and we swept the doubleheader so it was a glorious day! 

Sunday I watched the Celtics beat the "never desperate" Cav's from Cleveland.  Then I caught up on Lost and the Office and

 now its 2 days in the office before I take off to Seattle!  I will be visiting with my sister, aunt and grandfather before heading down to SASQUATCH!   Then its back to Seattle for Some baseball before heading back here!  

Its less than a month until Flag Day so get yourself a plane ticket and we will see you in New York for June 14th!

Well it only took me a good 2 hours to post this video on You Tube so I am very happy to share it with you. I saw Tegan and Sara on Monday Night and they played Terminal 5. They have Empenadas there and they were good but Tegan and sara were better. Here is a video of them playing the "the Con" from their new record and a photo of the art I made to go along with that song. ...

This is my first every video taken on my camera. I would of taken more but i had no idea it would turn out so well!

If you have listened at all to the new album from Tim Fite then you know thats from the first song.  The new record Fair Ain't Fair is a fantastic Anti-folk/country/ punk romp taking you in every direction possible. I went to see Tim on Saturday night and had planed on recording some video to share with you but I was quickly shut down but thats what you tube is for and here are some gems for you to check out!

This weekend was also full of a lot of running and i wanted to see how long it would take me to bike to work if i want to do that in the future It says here on google maps its 9miles and should take 22 min. It took me about 39 min so not too bad... scary at times but still fun
So yeah that was the weekend good times! This week I see Tegan and sara tonight along with An Horse and The Black Keys later this week and then off to Boston! !!!! 

Cinco de may!

I love the 5th of May.  Although today is a Monday the whole summer is still ahead of us. We have had a handful of nice days and they are only going to get nicer. May is a fantastic month.  Today brings us a chance to overdrink coronas of course as well and listen to Liz Phair's "cinco de mayo" off the whipsmart album its a damn good time!    This weekend was a whirlwind of fun i went to a Yankees game on Friday night. Then out to New Jersey to the BAMBOOZLE festival and then on Sunday i took the Boltbus out to Philly for the Phillies vs Giants baseball game! It was pretty great... If you live in Philly, DC, New York or Boston you need to know about Boltbus! 1 dollar tix... the high price is 10 dollar tix. Internet in the bus ... thats all you need!
